Delivery & Returns

UK : 3-5 Days Standard Recorded Delivery

Next Day Delivery : Order before 3pm to receive Next Day.

Please note this is the Next Working Day so if you process your order on a Friday before 3pm you will receive it on the Monday (unless it's a bank holiday and then you will receive it on the Tuesday).

Europe : 5-7 Days Standard Delivery

US / Australia / New Zealand : 14-21 Days Standard Delivery

Please note that Standard Delivery Times are not guaranteed and may vary by location.  We do aim to send out all orders within 48 hours.


Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your products.  Should you need to return any items please complete the returns form on the website or inside your delivery and send your products along with this completed form to : Website Order Returns, Our Little Shoe Box Ltd, Hainault House, Hainault Street, London SE9 2EF within 14 days of receipt.

Our Little Shoe Box is happy to offer an exchange or refund on any full priced items that does not meet your expectations within 14 days.  A refund can be obtained within 7-10 days of the item being returned to us.

Items purchased during a sale are eligible for an exchange or for a credit note (credit notes last for 6 months).   Where an exchange is required we recommend you call or email us first to ensure the alternative size or product is available so that we can reserve it for you.

Any items purchased at a discount of 30% or higher is considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or credit note.  Final sale items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately and without exception we are unable to accept any returns on items that have been worn or don't have the original label on.  If you have ordered shoes, please try them on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect re-sale condition.  We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery as we are unable to accept any responsibility for postage fees or for items damaged, lost or stolen on their way back to us.

Please note we are unable to refund any delivery charges unless your order is incomplete, incorrect or includes defective items.
